Hi there!…It’s been a while!

After being closed for over a year, we finally opened again this July! That’s right. Bird Island is open again. Times have been hard and they still are, but we’ve been trying to find a way to bring our precious little island back to you. It’s still the same Bird Island; Same owners, same quaint little bungalows, but with a little bit of a twist.

Requirements for traveling to the Seychelles

1) Upon entering the Seychelles, you should have a negative PCR test taken not more than 72hrs prior to your departure.

2) Upon receiving your negative test results, you must apply for Health Travel Authorisation via seychelles.govtas.com. This is essential for travel and will be required at check in. 

3) You should have valid travel health insurance to cover potential COVID-19 related costs (isolation, quarantine, and treatment).

The above also applies to visitors travelling by sea.
